Hello! My name is Chevelle and I have been with Creek Childcare since 2023. I have been in childcare for 15 years and as a mother of 2, I love to be surrounded by children! I have attended both Brock University and Niagara College in the early childhood education field, so I have the passion to help develop those little minds while mentoring other ECEs along the way. My door is always open so come say hi or stop me in the halls, I am always here for your child’s early education, and it is a pleasure being a part of all your lives.

Hi my name is Jessica! I am currently an RECE of 6 years and since starting at HCC I have been so excited to make connections with the children and their families. I enjoy nature walks, motorcycle rides, yoga, and meeting new people! I love seeing the smiles on the children’s faces and would like to keep that a growing trend here at Hickory.

Hi, I'm Angela and I'm everyone's favourite at Hickory Creek because I'm the one that brings the lunches and snacks to all my "friends". I was a childcare provider for 19 years and retired in 2013. I came out of retirement to join this amazing, growing and thriving Childcare Centre as the Floater position. It's been a blessing and a joy spending time with these beautiful little humans in the Toddler and Pre School rooms. Before and After children brighten my mornings first thing I start my work day!

Hi, I’m Brooke! I’ve been a part of the Hickory Creek family since our early days, and it’s been such a joy watching our centre and so many wonderful children grow over the years! I love creating a space where children feel happy, confident, and cared for. Every laugh, song, and small success makes this work so special to me. I believe learning should be full of fun, imagination, and heart, and I do my best to bring that energy every day. When I’m not at the centre, I’m probably listening to music, exploring new places, or snapping photos of sunsets and sweet moments! Hickory Creek has truly shaped who I am as an educator, and I’m so proud to continue sharing that same love and joy with every child who walks through our doors!

Hi! My name is Avalon, and I have been working with children for over 4 years. I have a wide background with an ECE diploma, Montessori diploma and have started my schooling for the Early Childhood Resource Consultant Program. Outside of work, I love to read, snuggle with my cat, and cook. I look forward to teaching your littles!

Hi, my name is Isabelle and I have been working and volunteering with children for over 7 years. I’m passionate about being a part of each child’s journey. I love supporting each individual's growth and development, particularly those with diverse needs. In my free time, I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, playing volleyball, and watching Marvel movies. I am so happy to be a part of the Hickory Creek team!

Hiii I’m Ashlee or Ash-a-lee (depending on who you’re asking) I have been working with children in different settings since 2018, but I’ve been an ECA for 2 years. I currently have my child and youth care practitioner degree and my autism and behaviour science degree and will further my education into the world of ECE! I am an avid reader and in my spare time you can catch me curled up with a book, hanging out with my dog Astrid or crocheting my latest project! I love watching my littles learn, discover, make mistakes and grow and I am the most excited about the fact that I get to do that along side them. I can’t wait to watch everyone thrive and grow with Hickory Creek!

Hi I’m Kim! I’m lucky enough to recently be apart of this wonderful team here at hickory creek in the school age room. With almost 8 years as an RECE and experience with children of all ages, a mom to two young boys, I can honestly say I get to wake up every day and do what I love most. On my spare time you can catch me spending time outdoors with my family, reading books and going on adventures. I’ve always naturally gravitated towards children and I cannot wait to continue to get to know every single one here at the centre.

Hey, I’m Skylee, one of Hickory Creeks newest additions to the team! I’m so excited to be part of such a fun and caring environment where every day is filled with laughter, learning, and a little bit of magic! When I’m not at the centre, you can probably find me at a concert singing my heart out, spending time with my friends/family or planning my next trip to Disney World! Fun fact: Miss Brooke and I once sat on a real-life alligator! Talk about a wild memory! Everyday here at Hickory Creek feels like its own kind of adventure, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I’m so happy to be a part of the Creek family and can’t wait to make more memories here!

Hello! My name is Steph, You will see me in any classroom playing, singing, and laughing with the children. I graduated from Niagara college’s ECE program in 2020 and have loved learning and growing with the children and families I have been so lucky to work with. I have a passion for the outdoors, rain or shine I will be enjoying a variety of activities. My goal here at Hickory Creek is to create a positive and fun learning environment for every child that comes through our doors !

Hi, my name is Brandy! You can find me hanging out with our school friends doing crafts, playing games and making memories. I graduated from Lauentian University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology where my main focus of study was child and youth psychological development. I’ve been working with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old for nearly 10 years and I now look forward to working with your children, alongside the wonderful staff at Hickory Creek!
